FAQ About Garment Customization and Production

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for garments?: Our minimum order quantity depends on fabric availability. Typically, we require 25 pieces per color for hoodies and 50 pieces per color for T-shirts

Do you offer sampling before bulk production?: Yes,we provide sample,and sample time typically take 7-10 business days, depending on the complexity of design and material sourcing.

How long does bulk production take?: Mass production lead time is usually 20 to 25 days after sample approval and deposit payment, depending on order size and material availability

Can you help us develop the tech pack or design?: Absolutely We have an experienced product development team that can assist with technical packages, pattern making, fabric recommendations, and product improvements based on your brand direction.

What are your payment terms?: For new clients, we typically work on T/T (telegraphic transfer) payment in advance. Once we confirm your order, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your review and payment. As soon as the payment is received, we’ll start the sampling or bulk production right away. For returning clients or larger orders, we may offer more flexible terms.

Do you ship internationally?: Yes, we handle global shipments via air freight, sea freight, or courier, depending on your timeline and budget. We can offer both FOB and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) solutions.
